About Vote Blue

Vote Blue is a field firm specializing in face-to-face canvassing operations. At Vote Blue, we mobilize voters to get to the polls. Our field campaigns have provided the margin of victory in close elections at the local, state, and national levels. Trump and Republicans at all levels of government are stomping on our rights, making everything unaffordable so a few billionaires can get even richer, and dismantling the very fabric of our nation. Vote Blue’s sole focus is on mobilizing and engaging voters to participate in the elections this fall and fight back at the ballot box.

About the Role

We’re knocking doors in Kansas City, Kansas, and Overland Park for Adam Hamilton, a Democratic candidate running for U.S. Senate in 2026, on behalf of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee. A longtime pastor and community leader, Hamilton is focused on lowering everyday costs, improving healthcare access, and bringing Kansans together.

Turf Directors support our voter contact program by making sure we are reaching the right voters in the right areas every day we canvass. Successful candidates will demonstrate expertise in the many features of VAN, MiniVAN, and Google Workspace, along with a willingness to learn new mapping and database management systems. We are looking for people who are familiar with the demographic profile and walkability of Kansas City, Kansas, and Overland Park, as well as a deep concern for canvasser health and safety.
